What is your delivery process?
Deliveries occur every Sunday and Wednesday, we currently service Toronto and the GTA.
Choose your delivery day during checkout. Deliveries are between 8am - 10 pm on Sundays or Wednesdays.
Order by Mondays before 10:30 PM for Wednesday deliveries.
Order by Fridays before 10:30 PM for Sunday deliveries.
If your order is received after our scheduled cut-off times, we will deliver on the next delivery date. A confirmation will be sent.
Can I get a more specific delivery time/shorter delivery window?
Please note that due to high volumes of orders, we cannot provide shorter delivery windows or more specific times at this time.
You will get a live tracking update 30 minutes prior to the arrival of your tasty treats!
I tried to place an order but it won’t accept my shipping address.
If at checkout your order says “no shipping options available”, it is likely because your shipping address is outside of our delivery radius.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 647-864-2212 at least 72 hours in advance for any changes to you order. If you reach out after this time, we may not be able to accommodate alterations to your order.
How does billing work?
Once you complete payment through our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your receipt.
Do you offer catering?
Yes we do!, please contact our sister company Preserve Indulgence for more info on catering and events!
What if I have food allergies?
